1. Introduction

PB Smart ("we," "our," or "us") is a Bluetooth/WiFi controller application for IoT devices including smart greenhouse controllers and beauty devices. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our PB Smart application. By accessing or using PB Smart, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

To provide and improve our services, we collect the following types of information:

• Device Information: Hardware model, operating system version, IP address, unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI), and network configuration
• Usage Data: Session duration, feature interactions, error logs, and device control commands (e.g., lighting adjustments, fan speed controls)
• Sensor Data: Temperature and humidity readings from connected devices (used exclusively for automated device functionality)
• Location Data (Optional): Collected only with explicit consent when using location-based features

Note: We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment details. Financial transactions are processed directly by platform payment systems.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate and maintain IoT device connections
• Provide automated control functions (e.g., adjusting environmental settings)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Improve algorithm performance
• Comply with legal obligations

Information is never used for advertising, third-party marketing, or unrelated commercial purposes.

We share limited information with carefully selected partners:

• Google Firebase: Anonymized analytics data for crash reporting (Privacy Policy)
• IoT Device Manufacturers: Device-specific data required for hardware functionality

All partners are contractually prohibited from selling or misusing your information.

• All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 standards
• Sensor data is retained for 30 days; aggregated analytics for 1 year
• We implement SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits
• Data may be transferred globally in compliance with GDPR/PIPL frameworks

6. Your Rights

You can:

• Access or delete personal data by emailing privacy@pbsmart.com
• Withdraw sensor/location permissions in app settings
• Permanently delete your account via Settings → Account Deletion
• Disable ad tracking in device privacy settings

7. Policy Changes

Material changes will be notified through in-app alerts. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

8. Children's Privacy

PB Smart is not intended for users under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect children's information.
